I really like Brave Girls! They're definately one of the top new girl groups who debuted in 2011, and whilst they didn't achieve the success as other rookies (like Dal★Shabet or A Pink for example), they didn't flop and garnered lots of attention. For a 5 piece girl group, I wasn't sure how they would fit into the K-Pop scene, considering there are dozens and dozens of 5 member groups already. But with their first mini album - Back To Da Future - they did something completely unique. Their reggae inspired summer hit 툭하면 was something fresh and definately made them stand out.
On February 22nd, they'll be releasing their second mini album Re-Issue. Interesting title, for sure. I'm a tad dissapointed with the tracklist though. Their last two releases - The Difference and Back To Da Future - both had album intros. And I'm sure that B'Girls are back will be an intro. So possibly only 2 new tracks? That's a bit of a let down. But still, I'm looking forward to what they'll bring this time round.
